Supplies Checklist

Checklist – Supplies I might need on a Painting or Gardening Project! 

Use the checklist below to guide you in selecting the supplies and tools you will need for your project. The total number of any one item should be entered into Column 2. Your organisation might have some supplies available onsite that can be used during the project, this number should be entered in Column 3. Supplies that need to be purchased or brought by the company/volunteers should be listed in Column 4. If you don’t need an item, put a line through it. Remember to base the number of items on the number of volunteers you are expecting. Once you have filled out this list share it with the company so they can gather and purchase the supplies needed .
