Community Volunteers will have the opportunity to support local events and festivals along with more urgent, one off needs like we saw with the community response to COVID-19.
Becoming a Community Volunteer is a great opportunity to get involved in your local community by supporting local events and initiatives. It is a chance to learn more about your local area, meet new people and develop new skills. And it’s great fun!
This pilot project is initially running in the following counties: Carlow, Cork, Donegal, Dublin City, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown, Fingal, Galway, Kildare, Leitrim, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Roscommon, Sligo, South Dublin, Westmeath, and Wicklow.
