National Volunteering Strategy Regional Consultation - Dublin @ Wynn's Hotel | County Dublin | Ireland

Make sure your voice is heard!

The Government is currently developing a national volunteering strategy. We are hosting a public consultation to give you the chance to help shape the future of volunteering in Ireland. We want to hear your thoughts, opinions and hopes for volunteering so we can work together to ensure the national volunteering strategy supports the development of volunteering in communities across Ireland.

The discussions at this workshop will help Volunteer Ireland and the network of Volunteer Centres develop our responses to the Government’s ‘Call for Input’ on the development of a national volunteering strategy. Collectively we act as the voice for volunteering in Ireland and we want to make sure we hear as many voices as possible across the country.

The Government’s document poses a number of questions on the current state of volunteering in Ireland, the challenges faced by volunteers and organisations and how we can develop the future of volunteering. Your input will help us shape our answers to these questions and give you the chance to have input into a national strategy.

We look forward to sharing an engaging discussion on the day. Attendance is free but registration is required.
