I-VOL Volunteer Finder

Volunteer Finder is new feature of I-VOL that allows your organisation to search for volunteers based on their skills, availability and where the volunteering opportunity is located.   Volunteer Finder is an additional service from Volunteer Ireland and the network of Volunteer Centres and you must already be registered on I-VOL to avail of this service.

It works in two ways:

  • You can pick a current active vacancy you have on I-VOL and search for volunteers to match that role
  • You can browse volunteers on I-VOL by skills, county and availability and be inspired to create volunteer roles within your organisation for volunteers already on I-VOL.

Because Volunteer Finder allows you to publicly see information about potential volunteers for your organisation, we require an additional registration process from the normal I-VOL organisation registration form.

Please note: once you have registered and have been verified by Volunteer Ireland, you will receive an email with details of how to access your account. Part of the verification process may include a phone call from Volunteer Ireland to establish that your organisation is authentic.
