You can now register the details of your Give it a Swirl Activity online!
For GIAS, we encourage organisations to create once-off volunteering opportunities that benefit them and the community – and which show that volunteering, even for a few short hours, can make a difference and be a lot of fun! If you are an organisation with a project in mind please register the details of your project here. If you would like to get involved with Give it a Swirl but you are not sure how - why not check out Get Informed and get Inspired sections of our website or contact your local volunteer centre!
Individuals or groups can also register projects for Give it a Swirl! Perhaps you and your colleagues decide to pick up litter outside your workplace, or decide to invite some local school children on site to show them what you do. Equally, neighbours could get together to tackle a graffiti problem or to plant bulbs in time for Spring on a piece of local waste ground. What ever you do decide to do - let us know about it so that we can count you in when we come to adding all the volunteer hours up! You can register here!
